  • If you cannot login, we ask that you first check to make sure you are using the correct user name that you designated when you created your account. After that, we recommend resetting your password, writing it down, and saving it in a safe place.

  • If you are having issues enrolling in HITSS, please email hitss@bu.edu or call (617) 358-6864.

    For any technical issues encountered while completing your assessment, please email hitss@brainheatlhregistry.org. Please note: some sections of the assessment can not be completed on a tablet or cell phone. When completing the HITSS experience, using a laptop or desktop is best.
